Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
The credit card limit per transaction is $4,000.00. For payments larger than this the auction will be paid for through Wire Transfers.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Keys Energy Services (KEYS) sales tax of 7.5% shall be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Processing of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item. If items are not removed within the allotted time period the buyer will be considered in Default.
Bid Deposits: Keys Energy Services may require bid deposits.
Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of awarded items. NOTE: KEYS' Facility is approximately a 3.5 hour drive from Miami.
