2011 Mack LEU613 with 25 yd; Heil formula 4060 splitbody; Mack MP7, 325 hp. engine; Allison 4500-RDS automatic transmission. Truck was being used daily until it was replaced due to age with new equipment. Link to download recent maintenance records can be found below the pictures.

Payment must be received within five (5) business days from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com and complete removal of all items must be made within ten (10) days from the Notice of Award.

Payment shall be made by bank cashier's check, or money order. No personal checks unless certified by your bank. All instruments shall be made payable to Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
State sales tax (6% of purchase price or 6% of half the NADA trade-in value whichever is greater) shall be collected (separately) from Kentucky residents for vehicle purchases. A 6% sales tax shall be collected for vehicles from residents of AZ,CA,FL,IN,MA,MI,SC and WA.
