This lot includes five (5) Foam-Flo™ Class A Foam Proportioning Systems and three (3) 5-gallon poly foam tanks with mounting hardware.
• Each Foam-Flo™ unit meters wildland foam concentrate into hose lines at adjustable rates from 0.01% to 1%, supporting flow rates from 5 GPM to 100 GPM.
• Designed for easy installation on Slip-On Units, Portable Pumps, or Pumpers.
• Each system includes three hoses:
• One for pump suction
• One for pump discharge
• One for foam concentrate
• All connections are located on the rear panel.
• Features an integrated ball check valve to prevent water intrusion into the foam supply.
• Constructed from anodized aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, with durable waterproof vinyl labeling.
The equipment is a mix of new and used components, with no known defects.

Items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties—express or implied—regarding condition, performance, or suitability.
The winning bidder is responsible for arranging pickup and removal of all items within ten (10) calendar days of the sale’s close. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture without refund.

Douglas County Fire District #5 may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Douglas County Fire District #5.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Douglas County Fire District #5 will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
