Truck canopy off of a 2002 GMC Sonoma pick-up truck. In used condition. Sold as-is, no promises made or given. Sales tax will be charged. If you feel you should be exempt from sales tax, please contact Public Surplus for assistance.
Remember - this bid is the same as a contract. Please bid only on an item that you are serious about buying. If you do win the bid you are legally bound by contract to purchase the item. You are expected to remove your own items. All items are sold "as-is", "where-is" with no warranty or guarantees. Once you have paid for your item, it will take 4-5 business days for the City to receive funds from our payment processor. Once that happens, the winning bidder will be contacted to arrange pick-up.

All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with all faults without any warranty whatsoever. Personal inspection is highly recommended.
Bid Deposits: the City of Everett may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac handles all payments for the City of Everett. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfers or credit cards.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
The City of Everett will charge a sales tax of 9.9% on all non-vehicle auctions.
Buyer Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium, if applicable, will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Pick-up can only be made once the City receives payment from PayMac. This will occur by the Friday following when payment was made.
The successful bidder will be responsible for picking up the item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within fifteen (15) business days after the City receives payment from PayMac. The City will not ship items. You'll need to provide identification at pick-up, or the item will not be released. Pick-up times are available from 8:30 to 4:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
