[ View/Ask ]THE LISTED HAAS TM-1P CNC MILL MUST BE MOVED BY A COMPANY THAT CAN PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING TO KLEIN I.S.D.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTS BY JUNE 15th-12:00pm, WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF BID.
1. General liability insurance including products,completed operations, independent contractors and contractual liability coverages with aggregate, occurrence and personal injury limits of $1,000,000
2. Fire damage limits of $500,000 and medical payments limits of $5,000
3. Workers’ compensation insurance is also required, with limits to comply with the requirements of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, and employer’s liability insurance with limits of $500,000
4. The general liability insurance and the workers’ compensation insurance shall include a Waiver of Subrogation endorsement and an Additional Insured endorsement in favor of the District.
5. All policies shall contain an endorsement stating that the insurance company shall not terminate the policy or change any coverage therein prior to the policy expiration date without notifying the District, by registered mail,at least 30 days prior to such termination.

All Products/materials offered in Auction are sold, "AS IS".
We do not inspect material listed in auction, for working condition or defects.
Klein Independent School District may require a bid deposit.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. The credit card limit per transaction is $4,000.00. For payments larger than this amount, follow the instructions listed under Wire Transfers.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for awarded item must be received within 2 business days of Auction ending. Payments are due prior to pickup.
Klein Independent School District will charge a sales tax of 8.25%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur at the specified time after notification award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours will be specified in Auction Terms.
