Condition: FAIR
Stack of used 2x10 lumber.  about 38 pieces.
 
Various long length sizes up to 16'.
 
Items were installed in a covered environment but do contain fasteners from previous installation.

  • Auction winners should schedule a pick up time with the auction contact via Public Surplus.
  • Pick up hours are Mondays-Fridays 8a-3p (excluding holidays)
  • Vehicle title transfers & registration are to be completed at the Wright County License Center on day of pick up.

  1. As-Is Sale: All items to be sold in an "as-is", "where-is" condition without any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. The buyer acknowledges that they are purchasing the item in its current condition.

  2. Condition: Though we try our best to be as accurate and transparent as possible, it is virtually impossible to cover everything potentially wrong with an item.

  3. No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. There will be no returns or refunds accepted.

  4. Inspection: Bidders are encouraged to inspect the item thoroughly before placing a bid. Any questions or concerns should be addressed before bidding.

  5. No Liability: The seller assumes no liability for the functionality, usability, or any issues that may arise after the sale. The buyer accepts full responsibility for the item upon winning the auction.

  6. ShippingShipping arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not package or ship or endorse any particular shipper.  We will not utilize prepaid shipping labels or supply boxes.

  7. PaymentPayment is expected within five (5) days of the auction's conclusion. Failure to make timely payment may result in the item being relisted, and appropriate action may be taken.

  8. Removal: Bidder must remove auction item(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right to retain any and all payments and re-list the auction.

  9. Abandonment of ItemAuction items paid for but not picked up within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned. Wright County will have the ability to re-list any and all items designated as abandoned with no refund being provided to the user.

  10. Non-paying bidder: If you win an auction(s) and do not follow through with payment within five (5) business days, the item(s) will be relisted. Please be advised.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Wright County will charge a sales tax of 7.375%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding, when applicable.

Buyers Premium:A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or Wright County will not release the item to you.
